It is certainly an interesting story regarding how Shannon entered into the automotive industry. It was the mutual love for cars between Adam and Shannon that truly sparked the start of Leader Automotive. Coming from a completely different background other than automotive, Shannon joined Adam the day he got down on one knee and proposed to her. From that day forward, Shannon knew she wanted to not only marry Adam and build a wonderful life together, but also work with him on a daily basis and take on the many challenges of owning their own business. Tom Perry is standing on 37+ years of automotive experience!  He joined the Leader Automotive Team in 2021.
