From a very young age, Adam knew exactly what he wanted to accomplish in life; his goals strictly focused on entering into the automotive service and repair industry, but not just as a mechanic. He wanted to become someone his clients could trust, rely solely upon, and ask for help, knowing you could always count on Adam to say yes. Adam has always gone above and beyond what is expected of him. Whether it be a late night phone call assisting his clients out of a troubled situation; making house calls in the middle of a work day to help a client who couldn’t complete their own repairs; or taking time to review and teach someone, face to face, what he found on their diagnosis. All while asking for nothing in return. Adam will stop everything he is doing to help a stranger, let alone a family member, client, or friend. That’s just who he is! It is certainly an interesting story regarding how Shannon entered into the automotive industry. It was the mutual love for cars between Adam and Shannon that truly sparked the start of Leader Automotive. Coming from a completely different background other than automotive, Shannon joined Adam the day he got down on one knee and proposed to her. From that day forward, Shannon knew she wanted to not only marry Adam and build a wonderful life together, but also work with him on a daily basis and take on the many challenges of owning their own business. Shannon strives each and every day to continue to educate clients about their cars and what repairs are truly needed on their vehicles. Her attention to detail and thoroughness is what sets her apart from most service advisors and counselors in the automotive industry.

Tom Perry is standing on 37+ years of automotive experience! He joined the Leader Automotive Team in 2021. With a great passion for the automotive industry, Tom’s extensive range of knowledge regarding all makes and models is extremely impressive. In Tom’s free time, he truly enjoys spending quality time with his family; his other passions consist of grilling, deep sea fishing, hiking, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
